The other day, the chickens were out "free ranging" (I love it when they do that. It feels like a "real" farm.) Anyway, then I realized that they might do damage to the newly growing garden so I asked The Graduate who was working on her thank you cards at the dining room table to keep an eye on them. Later, when I saw them coming closer and noticed she was gone from the table, she assured me that she put the dog out to keep them away. Imagine my surprise and laughter when I looked out and saw this scene!
Some guard dog, huh? But, he sure is cute (AND clean and sober since November....well there was that small bit of fabric he ate on Memorial weekend.....)
